Eligible Refund Scenarios

Duplicate Transactions: If you accidentally initiate the same transaction multiple times, you may request a refund for the duplicate transactions.
Unauthorized Transactions: If your account is compromised and unauthorized transactions occur, you may request a refund after a thorough investigation.
Technical Errors: If a technical error on the Platform results in an incorrect transaction, you may request a refund.
Service Fees: If you are charged an incorrect service fee due to a Platform error, you may request a refund of the overcharged amount.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must:

  • Your account details.
  • Transaction ID(s) and details.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, transaction records).

Refund Methods
